What Data Does Taki FF Collect?

Taki FF is designed to be a privacy-first platform. Most of our tools (Sensi Generator, Stylish Name Maker, Weapon Stats, Skill Combos) work without collecting any personal data. However, certain interactions may result in data collection:

  • Contact Form Submissions: If you contact us through our Contact page or email, we store your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.
  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may include anonymized data such as page views, session duration, device type, and geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
  • AI Image Generation: When you use our AI GFX Tool (Logo Maker, Banner Maker, Thumbnail Maker), photos you upload are processed by AI models to generate your design. These images are not stored permanently on our servers — they are processed in real-time and the uploaded reference photos are deleted after generation.
  • Mobile App Data (Sensi Guru AI / Taki Sensi): Our mobile applications may collect device information (model, OS version, screen specifications) for sensitivity optimization. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
  • IP Address Logging: For rate limiting and security purposes, we temporarily log IP addresses. These logs are automatically purged and are not linked to personal identities.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we may hold about you. To initiate the data deletion process, you can use any of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name (as provided in any previous communication)
  • The email address associated with your interaction (e.g., the email you used to contact us)
  • A brief description of which data you want deleted (e.g., "all contact form data," "all data associated with my email," etc.)

Method 2: Contact Form

Visit our Contact Page and submit a data deletion request through the form. Select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject to ensure your request is routed to the correct team.

What Happens After Your Request?

Once we receive your data deletion request, here is the process we follow:

  1. Acknowledgment (within 48 hours): We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your request.
  2. Identity Verification: To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity. This typically involves confirming the email address associated with your data.
  3. Data Review (3-5 business days): Our team will identify and locate all personal data associated with your request across our systems.
  4. Permanent Deletion (7-10 business days): All identified personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including databases, backup systems, and any third-party services we use.
  5. Confirmation: After deletion is complete, we will send you a final confirmation email verifying that your data has been removed.

What Data Cannot Be Deleted?

In certain cases, we may be unable to delete specific data due to legal obligations. This includes:

  • Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.
  • Aggregated/Anonymized Analytics: Data that has been fully anonymized and aggregated (such as page view counts) cannot be traced back to individual users and is therefore not subject to deletion requests.
  • Security Logs: Certain security-related logs may be retained for a limited period to protect against fraud and abuse.

Third-Party Data

Taki FF uses certain third-party services that may independently collect data. While we will delete data within our own systems, you may also need to contact these services directly for complete data removal:

  • Google Analytics: Google processes analytics data according to their own privacy policy. Visit Google's Privacy Policy for information on managing your data with Google.
  • Google Play (for app users): If you have purchased or installed our mobile apps, Google maintains its own records of your transactions and app usage. Contact Google Play Support for data related to your Google account.

Your Privacy Rights
