REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Overview

At Taki FF, we strive to provide the highest quality gaming tools and sensitivity settings. To ensure maximum security and transparency for our users, all premium purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

By purchasing a premium product or subscription through our mobile applications (Taki Sensi or Sensi Guru AI), you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Payment & Security

All transactions are handled securely by Google. We do not store your credit card, bank details, or personal payment information on our servers. This ensures your financial data is protected by Google's world-class security infrastructure.

3. Refund Policy (Google-Managed)

Since all payments are managed by Google Play, the refund process is also handled through their official system. We do not process manual refunds directly to individual payment methods to maintain the integrity of the billing cycle.

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Within 48 Hours: You can generally request a refund directly from Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase if the app or in-app purchase does not work as expected or was made by mistake.
  • After 48 Hours: After the initial 48-hour window, the decision to grant a refund is governed by Google Play's standard developer policy and is generally not provided unless there are exceptional technical circumstances.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps on your Android device or computer:

  1. Go to the Google Play Order History page.
  2. Find the order you want to return.
  3. Select "Report a problem".
  4. Choose the option that describes your situation, fill out the form, and note that you would like a refund.
  5. You will typically receive a decision from Google within 1–4 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time through the Google Play Store app:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap the profile icon at the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel subscription.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

If you are experiencing any issues with your purchase, such as premium features not activating or technical bugs within the app, we are here to help!

Please contact our support team at contact@takiff.online with your Transaction ID, and we will work immediately to resolve the issue and ensure you get the full value of your purchase.

6. Fair Play Policy

Taki FF reserves the right to terminate access to premium features if we detect any fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund system. We encourage all players to maintain fair play and respect the digital products provided.
